It is with the greatest pleasure that I find myself writing this letter of recommendation on behalf of Helen La Prairie and her team. Earlier this year we had the pleasure of using Helen when we purchased our new home. We found one of Helen’s listings although we had not yet decided upon relocating. Upon viewing the home’s interior and becoming really excited we decided to put in a contingent bid and placed our home up for sale of course listing it with Helen. This would be an exciting and emotional time for any family. Our family also found out that my wife’s father was gravely ill.

Everything seemed to occur at once and would have been chaotic if it were not for Helen and her team. Always professional, they helped us through each step of the process so that my wife could concentrate on caring for her father. As with all transactions of this nature there is always the possibility of problems. Helen was completely on target in her estimation on where the problems would be and prepared us for each one including the eventual re-listing of our home. She also found creative solutions for us as buyer’s to preserve the deal to purchase the new house without harming the seller’s interests. Ultimately we got our asking price and our new house and closed both escrows within ten days of our original date. Further, we are able to provide my wife’s father peace of mind in a loving environment for his remaining time.

As the dust settles and we are enjoying our new home I have a minute to write down some thoughts for the next client of Helen’s. Ask lots of questions because they are well informed both as buyers and sellers agents and they are easy to talk with. They understand the nature of the transaction from the perspective of the home buyer/seller and they are keenly aware of the market in Valencia.
